The art in this i is interesting. Information technology looks like newspaper cutouts of things in the foreground with watercolors for the background. Information technology is an interesting blend. This book celebrates the season with all the special things that come with this time of twelvemonth. Falling leaves, apple cider, pumpkins, decorating, planning your costume and jolly skilful days to play outside. It is a decent volume and doesn't strike me as special or continuing out from the crowd of Halloween books.

It is a decent volume and doesn't strike me equally special or standing out from the oversupply of Halloween books.
The gear up of the story is When... Then... and by the end of the book that is somewhat tedious, simply probably good for the piffling ones.
I read this to both the kids and they thought it was ok. The niece, who is a tough critic gave it 2 stars while the nephew gave it iii stars.

I dearest the text for this book so much!!! The descriptive words are superbly chosen and the text just flows so nicely and evokes all the things I savour nigh Halloween. I wouldn't buy this ane for my kids. It is pretty boring past their standards. Gorgeous, descriptive language accompanies paper collage illustrations in this perfect volume describing the sights, sounds, and feeling of autumn that leads up to Halloween.
I liked this book a lot. The story is a cornball telling about fall and getting ready for Halloween. There isn't much about Halloween night in the volume which was all correct with me. The pictures are charming. My son listened well to the story. He didn't seem enthusiastic nor bored. Information technology is probably best suited for a child between 5 and 8 years quondam but okay for a toddler who listens well to a little longer narratives.
An higher level preschool picture book about all things leading up to and and so including Halloween. There is lots of texts and references to whatever Halloween activities. A expert primer.
The volume discusses things before Halloween like hanging stale corn and the leaves changing, making ghosts and witches. Carving pumpkins and determining what you're gonna go equally and make the cosmos before going play tricks or treating. The volume ends with the kids going through candy they received and them going to bed. I liked the book and enjoyed the pictures, I only with the book were a niggling more entertaining. When I was modest my mother used to read holiday stories to us all the fourth dimension. Books aid bring the holidays to life. And Then Comes Halloween does not disappoint as it is a story full of the Halloween spirit, but nothing stood out to me that makes me call back it's an infrequent volume.
Although there is zip quite noteworthy nearly this volume, it is a nice addition to whatsoever holiday collection. It just won't be the first one you pull off the shelf each year.

Although I think it was clever to present the text equally a When…Then… telling of the story, it was non enjoyable to me. Information technology does build upwardly the excitement for Halloween with descriptive words, but I just did not like the format. I do think information technology will be good though for kids to read, with the repetition and descriptive words used.
I liked the multifariousness of "halloweenish-ness" in the book simply the repetition of the "when...and then" story construction made me yawn a fleck towards the end. Exploration of the details and activities of the pre-Halloween/fall flavour. Descriptive language is poetic; some lovely vocabulary! A little long.
This volume was a little wordy and although it was a cute story and somewhen got going but a rough get-go.
I idea this volume was enjoyable. I read this volume at a Halloween party. I would recommend this volume to other kids.
Some of the sentences in this volume were a little awkward simply on the whole I idea that it was a cute story of the approaching of Halloween.
Love the seasonal depiction of autumn and the build up to halloween. Very gentle with soft illustrations.
Not a bad story, but it could have been ameliorate. It would take fabricated a good rhyming story, but instead the writing felt choppy, rather than smooth.
A cute look at all of the fun that leads upwards to Halloween night.
All nigh getting ready for and going trick-or-treating, and trading candy later. And so deciding what to wear adjacent yr.
